Project and CONSTRUCTION management sector

The Project and Construction Management sector (P&CM), supported by its consolidated experience and professionality, carries out one complex series of activities which may be summed up in two complementary areas: • Project management and support services and technical assistance to the Client;
• Facility Management services and Engineering Services of management/maintenance of the real estate, especially in the development of works with "Project financing".

The Project and Construction Management system provides, in general, six categories of services concerning the project and construction phase:
• Verification of the definitive and executive project:
constant action of supervision and verification for the duration of the definitive and executive project, so that the projects respect the conditions accepted by the Ente till their conclusion.
Technical assistance to the responsabile del procedimento
managerial and technical support necessary for the relationships with the competent Organizations (Enti) and technical support during the phases of preparation and evaluation of the tender made by the competitors for the realization of the works and the conclusion of the relative contract.
Project and Control of the activities (Project Control)
controlled system of actions that allows to check the objectivity of the state of the activities and the reliability of the forecasts about the possible variations of their development with regard to the planned times/costs/risources.
Supervision during the realization of the works
activity of Construction Management and activity of support and control of the daily Construction Management.
Warranty of Quality of the Supply
Warranty of quality of the equipment and the supply in order to support the Quality control of the contractor.
Professional training
training of the staff designated by the Ente so that it is able, finished the P&CM activity, to carry out the technical-administrative functions of its competence. The Sector provides, moreover, the local Organizations ( Enti ), the Sanitary Structures, the companies of the Tertiary Sector with specific Services and during the tender and operating phase provides groups of firms with Facility Management services. In every reported case STS operates as technical and organizational integrator, as planner and manager in economic-financial terms of the following services:
• Maintenance of the Real estate;
• Hotel (cleaning, catering, etc.);
• Surveillance and Reception;
• Administration and Recording of documents;
• Maintenance and Management of Equipment.
