Since its establishment, STS has developed its main activity as concessionaire of services on behalf of sanitary Structures, attending to the realization of hospital building and Health programs. Taking advantage of its consolidate know how of the socio-sanitary program of the territory, of the planning of the works and their realization through contracts of construction, supplies and services, supports the Public Administration in every phase of the cycle of life of the real estate investement. Thanks to the gained experience, STS has been able to direct its own activity towards project and construction management services, introduced in Italy with the formula of the "support to the responsabile del procedimento", in conformity with the art. 16 of the Law n. 109/94. It is carrying out, on behalf of the sanitary Structures of Ragusa and Olbia, project activity, construction management and technical-administrative assistance for the realization of the new hospital units.

• It has been adviser of the Emilia Romagna, Puglia and Umbria regions in the development of the regional plans of investment; · It's carryng out a series of projects of technological modernization, restructuring and widening, law up-dating and new construction of more than 30 sanitary Structures on the national territory;
• It's Concessionaire of services of communal Administrations, hospital Structures and local sanitary Structures;
• It participates to the CUS - Umbria Consortium Health - concessionaire of the Umbria region for the realizations of the whole extraordinary program of investments. It manages the Consortium and it supervises directly every technical activity of project, contract, construction management, testing and start of the works;
• The Umbria region has entrusted the CUS of the realization of the second phase of the program too, confirming the effectiveness of the services provided, effectiveness that has allowed the region to use timely and in the best way every financial opportunity available at national level;
• In the Calabria region six sanitary Structures and hospital Centres use STS services in regimen of concession for the hospital building projects as well as for the realization of a series of minor works of socio-sanitary building diffused on the regional territory.
